Help for the Collectibles AR iPhone app.
What is the difference between Demo data and Mainnet (read-only)?
DEMO DATA uses sample cards built into the app. They are not real and need no wallet. MAINNET (read-only) shows real cards in the Solana wallet you linked, so you can place them in AR. Read-only means the app only reads your wallet. It never sends, sells or signs anything.
How do I link my wallet?
- Open the app and tap the link button at the top right.
- Tap Link with Phantom. The Collectibles AR website opens inside Phantom's browser.
- Sign in with Phantom. The message is free and does not move anything.
- You return to the app with a link code filled in. If you do not return, type the 8-character code shown on the website into the app.
The code works once and expires after 2 minutes. If it expires, issue a new one.
How do I unlink?
Tap Unlink in the app to unlink that iPhone. To end the links of every device, use Unlink on the Collectibles AR website while signed in. A link also ends by itself after 30 days; link again to continue.
My card will not stay in place or does not appear. What can I do?
- Use good light and point the camera at a surface with some texture, such as a table or floor, and move the phone slowly so it can find the surface.
- Allow camera access in iOS Settings if the app asks for it.
- Move the phone slowly for a few seconds before you tap to place a card, so the surface is found first.
- If a card is missing, check that the linked wallet is the one that holds it, and that the app is on Mainnet (read-only).
Does the app send, sell or sign anything?
No. The app does not send transactions, sell cards, buy anything, or ask for your private key or seed phrase. It only shows cards and places them in AR.
Can I open gacha packs in the app?
No. Pulling gacha packs is not available in the iPhone app.
